The Water-Based Systems Project Development Online Training provides instruction in accurately assessing project requirements as a Certified Water-Based Systems Professional (CWBSP). The course focuses on aiding candidates to become familiar with the components and scope of water-based fire suppression system project development. Along the way, you will engage in interactive exercises that teach about the various types and components of different systems and water supplies.
Upon completion, you should be able to:
- Determine protection needs based on occupancy and use
- Describe the operations and uses of water-based system types and water supplies
- Apply NFPA 13 handbook requirements in selecting system types and water supplies for a given application
