    NYC Local Law 39 of 2011, amends the New York City Administrative Code to adopt amendments to the 2008 edition of the NEC; NFPA 70. The amendments again adapt the revised national standards to the special requirements of building and construction in the City of New York and apply to work performed on and after July 1, 2011.
