    The 2013 edition includes significant changes:

    • Added language concerning the July 2012 NFPA® safety alert bulletin concerning Self-Contained Breathing Apparatus (SCBA) facepiece lenses
    • An added requirement for Safety Officer to correlate with NFPA 1403: Standard on Live Fire Training Evolutions
    • Clarifications on SCBA training versus live fire training
