CFI-I Water-Based Fire Suppression Systems Online Training provides candidates with experience navigating NFPA 13, Standard for the Installation of Sprinkler Systems, and NFPA 25, Standard for the Inspection, Testing, and Maintenance of Water-Based Fire Protection Systems, to answer certification exam questions related to fire suppression systems. The course also provides an overview of core concepts related to fire suppression systems.
Upon completion you should be able to:
- Describe the operation and basic components of water-based fire suppression systems
- Explain the design considerations for water-based fire protection systems
- Describe the water distribution types and water sources for water-based fire protection systems
- Determine if water-based fire protection systems are operationally ready
